Who we are

One-America Construction, LLC (“we”, “us”) is a construction company based at 1112 N Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67214. We provide construction services, including new construction, roofing, concrete, remodeling, insulation and restoration, to homes and businesses in Wichita and across Kansas. This policy covers oneamericaconstruction.net and the personal information we receive through it. We decide how that information is used, so we are the responsible party.

What we collect

Information you give us

Estimate and contact requests: your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, your property address or city, and anything you write in the message box.
Your consent record: the date and time you submitted the form, and whether you ticked the optional marketing box.
Emails and calls: if you write or call us, we keep what you send and any notes we make about the conversation.

Information collected automatically

Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. Our hosting server records this in routine logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and fix faults.
Cookie choice: a small cookie remembers what you chose in the cookie banner.
Optional analytics and advertising data: only if you allow those categories. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through this site. Please do not include them in your message.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work and communicate about your project. This is needed to take steps at your request.
To run, secure and troubleshoot the site, and to detect spam and abuse. We have a legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe.
To keep records for our business, insurance, tax and legal obligations.
To measure and improve the site and our advertising, only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies.
To send you offers and project news, only if you opted in. See “Marketing messages”.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who receives it

We share personal information only with people who help us run the business, and only what they need:

Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our server and deliver the site.
Email service providers that carry our notifications and replies.
Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers and lawyers, and subcontractors who need your details to perform work for you.
Authorities when the law requires it or to protect our rights, property or safety.
A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, who must honor this policy.
Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok) only if you allow those cookies and only if we have turned them on. The Cookie Policy lists which are active right now.

Cookies and tracking

Optional analytics, embedded videos and advertising cookies stay off until you choose to allow them in the cookie banner. Before you choose, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and receives only anonymous page-view signals without a persistent identifier. Rejecting them does not limit what you can do on the site. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to reject all optional cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Details, including every cookie and its lifetime, are in our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests: two years, then they are deleted automatically.
Customer and project records: as long as the work, warranty and our legal, tax and insurance duties require.
Server logs: a short, routine period set by our hosting provider, normally a few weeks.
Cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.

Your choices and rights

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Some state laws give residents specific rights; we apply these choices to everyone. To make a request, email info@oneamericaconstruction.net or write to 1112 N Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67214. We may need to confirm it is you, and we will respond within 45 days. We may keep information we must retain by law, for example for tax or warranty reasons. You will not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

You may also complain to the Kansas Attorney General’s consumer protection division or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

Marketing messages

We do not currently send marketing emails or texts. If we start, we will send them only to people who ticked the optional marketing box on our form or otherwise agreed to them, and every message will say how to stop. Marketing and promotional emails come from no-reply@oneamericaconstruction.net, an address we do not monitor, so please do not reply to it. Instead, click the unsubscribe link in the message or email info@oneamericaconstruction.net and we will stop them. Replying STOP to a text ends text messages. Service messages about your estimate or project are not marketing and will continue while we are working with you.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict who can open customer records, keep them out of public web folders, and rate-limit and monitor our forms. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

Our site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you directly where we can.
